1、 Machine tool lubrication
a. Lubrication of lubricating pump: turret milling machine is equipped with lubricating pump, and the lubricating pump adopts 30# lubricating oil; the lubrication area includes three-way screw rod and three-way guide rail; its using is: pull down the handle of oil pump, and then make it reset naturally by hand, repeat the action three times each time, and add oil at least once a day.
b. Grease filling: generally, there will be a filling hole under the motor at the rear of turret milling machine, which can be filled with oil filling equipment once a month.
c. Main shaft sleeve cup oil: fill the oil shaft sleeve cup with oil once a week
2、 Machine tool mechanical part maintenance
a. Cleaning of turret milling machine: remove dust of the motor and belt regularly, clean the worktable and guide rail bed, and replace the scraping board in time.
b. Machine tool adjustment: periodically check the belt tension spindle motor, three rail transmission of the whole strip, because it is a reasonable gap, check the loose parts of the fixed nut, check the reasonable limit of screw clearance, often use the dial indicator to correct the to ensure its vertical effect.
