1. The curved bearing of the water pump in the CNC drilling machine is under great pressure. After working for a period of time, the lubricating oil inside must be replaced in time. Water pump is an important part of CNC drilling machine. If the water pump has problems, it will affect the use of the machine.
2. The rotary head of CNC drilling machine works under pressure, so the seal should be replaced in time. If the replacement is not timely, water leakage to the bearing will cause great loss.
3. The mechanical part of CNC drilling machine must be added with lubricating oil or guide oil on time.

After each use of CNC drilling machine, the water and workpiece residue on the worktable must be cleaned up in time, and the dust inside the electric cabinet should also be cleaned regularly, which is conducive to the heat dissipation of electrical components. If the dust on the printed circuit is not cleaned in time, it is easy to absorb the water in the air and corrosive things, corrode the small conductive copper skin, and cause machine tool failure.

During EDM, all kinds of gas will be produced, if not discharged in time, it will gather at the bottom of electrode or inside the oil cup. When the gas accumulates more and is ignited by the EDM piercer, if the working or electrode clamping is not firm, it will produce wrong movement and affect the machining accuracy.
