1. Product description
1.1.M40100AHD CNC grinder adopts a cross drag plate structure, which means that the grinding head moves up and down along the column, the worktable moves left and right, and the drag plate moves forward and backward. Definition of this plan: The spindle grinding head moves up and down along the fixed column (Z-axis), the drag plate moves forward and backward (Y-axis), and the worktable moves left and right on the drag plate (X-axis).
1.2. The columns, main engine, and machine head of the machine are all made of high-grade cast iron, with reinforced ribs inside the components and stress relief treatment to prevent deformation.
1.3 The Z-axis adopts servo motor and precision ball screw, and the worktable moves back and forth on the drag plate to achieve smooth and steady movement of the worktable.
1.4. The Z-axis is connected to a precision ball screw through umbrella teeth using a servo motor, which drives the grinding head to move up and down and achieve automatic feeding.
1.5. Three axis guide rail and driving mode

1.6 Spindle assembly:
The spindle is produced by Junfeng and is equipped with high-precision bearings. The spindle runout is within 0.005mm. The bullet tube spindle is matched with a wide spindle seat, stable column, and high-power spindle motor, resulting in high cutting power and high precision retention. The spindle bearings are filled with special high-speed grease and adopt a unique labyrinth seal protection structure, which is free of oil for life.
1.7 Lubrication System
The lubrication system adopts dual lubrication of automatic grease lubrication pump and forced clearance lubrication oil device. The automatic grease lubrication pump lubricates the upper and lower, front and rear guide rails and ball screws, and the intermittent lubrication device lubricates the worktable guide rails. This system ensures that all key parts can receive appropriate lubrication.
1.8 Control System
A professionally developed control system equipped with a standard pre programmed grinding cycle control system, covering various basic grinding processes such as surface grinding, side grinding, cut in grinding, and forming grinding, achieving automatic grinding throughout the entire process from coarse grinding to fine grinding.
1.9 LCD Touch Screen Panel Settings
The CNC system is equipped with an LCD touch screen and a soft key panel. The touch screen is set with various grinding methods, making it easy and convenient to operate.
